ReliaBid provides a unique and low-cost service targeted at helping online auction sellers eliminate the problems non-paying bidders create for their online auction businesses. The service offering includes our state-of-the-art seal program that alerts buyers to our members’ commitment to completing the transaction, as well as the consequences of being a non-paying bidder.

1. The ReliaBid™ Seal- Seller Protection: When a seller signs up for ReliaBid, each of his/her auctions are fitted with a unique seal. This seal is designed to alert potential bidders that they must fulfill their payment obligations or face the potential of collections. 2. The Collections Process - Bidder Collection: In the rare event that a winning bidder defaults on a transaction, the non-paying bidder can face comprehensive debt collection services offered by General Outsourcing Services, Inc. designed to expedite the honest completion of the transaction.
